Programme director experience across cyber security, commercial banking, Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM), retail and global banking. Over 20 years with employers including the Bank of England, BT, WPP, HSBC and Goldman Sachs, and work across Europe with WPP.

Trained with Richard Bandler. I use NLP techniques to help you work on how you think, speak and prepare. Backed by PMP, PRINCE2, Chartered Business Analyst, Agile, Scrum and accountancy qualifications.

Hi, I'm Jerome.
I'm of mixed-race origin: half Black, half white. Over more than 20 years, I've built my career inside some of the largest organisations in banking, telecoms, marketing and retail, including the Bank of England, BT, WPP, HSBC and Goldman Sachs. Today I work as a programme director in cyber security and banking.
